remittance not recieved

hello i have sold a product through paisa pay. and the buyer has also confirmed the shipment... but my remittance is on hold.i contacted customer but they are saying to give pod..but the problem Is i delivered the product by myself..so i donT have any proof..because the buyer is in the same city....please help me with this..this was my first experience in selling....and it was a bitter experience kindly help me with this:-(

When a Buyer pays you via PaisaPay, always deliver the Item via a reputed courier co. even he lives opposite your house. Now the only option is to contact the Buyer directly and settle the matter. If he has paid via PaisaPay, then eBay will probably give him a full refund, since you will never be able to prove that you have delivered the Item.

Please don't worry. Just contact the buyer and let him/her know that your payment is on hold and ask them to mark the item as received in eBay and update the same in PaisaPay and also ask them to call 1800 209 3229 and inform PaisaPay that they have received the item.

As soon as the buyer contacts toll free number and updates this information to eBay, your payment would be released.

The buyer may not be aware about this. Please be patient and don't doubt the intention of the buyer and communicate very politely.

This is not an issue. Buyer confirms receipt means you dont need pod.
Get in touch with PaisaPay team fast and resolve this or the automatic machine will refund the money.
Please remember to enter 'hand delivery' in 'others ' for shipping details in such cases and take a signed receipt from buyer as POD.

Previously eBay India had a different rule about hand delivery. Can anyone please post the link here about the new rules on pick up and hand delivery.
