its not updated coz they pick up the parcel but they have not shipped like blue dart do here they pick order on same day bt never ship untill we call them n ask why its not sippped haha 🙂

same was the case with me. They said my sales were '0' for month of Jan which was not the case. I called them up for a month. followed up. Wrote several emails. they finally logged into my account and could verify the sales record. the issue got sorted out.
