Hi, I can understand this situation.
You can still avoid this situation.
1. Your buyer must click in their PaisaPay account "ITEM RECEIVED"...
2. If they do not, you can request them to send eBay CS an email stating that they have received the item from you as described on eBay with PaisaPay Id & Item number from the buyer's registered email address.
What you can do is "Just follow up with your buyers"..Only they can help you out from this situation.
