I want to sell i single item on ebay via auction

I dont know how much charges will it cost

suppose, highest bid is of 27,000 and shipping charges are 200/-
Total - 27,200/-

I will sell a single item using paisapay, cod and as a Non-store without any subsription..
So howm much total amount i will be charged, that is,
-Insertion charges
-listing charges
-paisapay charges
-applicable taxes
-Final value charges

how much amount i will get in my bank account when i sell for 27,200/-

one more question is that
paisapay charges are

4.5%+ applicable taxes

taxes are
service tax 12% and 3% cess..

So this service tax and cess is applied on
paisapay charges(12% on 4.5%)

or
the value of my product sold(12% on final value,INR 27000)

Because eBay has separate final value fee for different category of items.
