negative feedback leads to double loss of money and item

i repeatedly experienced that when we get negative feedback without reason or reason we are left with only one choice either to survive with negative feedback or face both loss of money and item. many times i had to surrender both money and item to convert feedback into positive ones. there is no other solution. feedback is lifeline for beginners if beginner could not handle the negative feedback he leaves ebay very soon and most of them do so. this all depends on the mood and kindness of buyer. but mostly when you get negative feedback we are in trouble & that transaction leads to double loss.

Yes this does happen with me too. Buyers blackmail with negative feedback and you cannot do anything at all. Nor does ebay act. Ebay should not let new buyers leave Negative Feedback. Anyway the best solution is this only, convince they buyer, give partial refund or a free gift and get it removed. Have been doing the same.
