my first shopping exp with ebay......... :-(

i have won my first bid on last week ( THREE PEACOCK NOTE (RN MALHOTRA) RARE )today i ve received the item and its duplicate , 3rd peacock is pasted by seller on note.:-(

seller phone is switched off since morning i hve tried so many times ...... but no result phone is switched off...i want to return item.

pls guide me how to put dispute against seller 😞 😞 and how can i get my hard-earned money back.

Note- Ebay should take some hard step against fake seller in ebay.

Before confirming the email with you just now I have sent a test mail to this address and it is absolutely fine, no bounce back at all. I do not use hotmail, I am using gmail.

Fine everything is OK, ebay will refund you in the mode you have made payment. Nationalised banks will take 15-20 days for refund, other banks will be about 5 days. Just check your bank account after the stipulated period.
