my first shopping exp with ebay......... :-(

i have won my first bid on last week ( THREE PEACOCK NOTE (RN MALHOTRA) RARE )today i ve received the item and its duplicate , 3rd peacock is pasted by seller on note.:-(

seller phone is switched off since morning i hve tried so many times ...... but no result phone is switched off...i want to return item.

pls guide me how to put dispute against seller 😞 😞 and how can i get my hard-earned money back.

Note- Ebay should take some hard step against fake seller in ebay.

On top right corner of every ebay page there is a link, just click on the link and on the next page choose the red button "Raise a claim" and follow instructions from there on. Get back if you have any problems.

Once you have filed the case please do not send the item back upon sellers demand, now let the case take its own course. Let ebay handle the matter, you are now entitled to free return courier of the item back to the seller by AFL couriers paid by ebay. Now do not deal with the seller at all. Do all correspondence by ebay messaging only, no mails on personal id. Hope this helps. Get back if you need more help.
