linking with auctiva and kickitback is safe?

I have seen auctiva and kickitback in some ebay listings
and I registered with these two sites,
and the sites redirectly to linking with Ebay,
Is this safe for our accounts.

I have linked auctiva to my listings , and as per my experience it is safe and even helps sellers to show their other listings to buyers.
