i have been deceived by one of the sellers on your ebay

this person named *** has been on the ebay listing under the name '***', he was selling iphone 6 128Gb for Rs. 40000-42000. and i had bought it from him i have the proof and recepit. i had contacted him on phone also and have whatsapp messages also. i have taken his PAN card number also as prrof.

There is another person on his profile who has given him a negative comment for not fulfilling his order. i want to nab this crook and for that i have his number and id and possible the address.

Same incident has happened with me. He was selling Apple i 6 64gb for Rs 38k.
Just tell me how to get his address i have his pancard id n phn number also.
