any mark ready to ship not pick up made buy blue dart even after call several times

recent 2 refund made in paisa pay which is just folut of blue dart

print label and mark ready to ship first day

but they dont bother to pick up even after several call to blue dart

if any other logostic partner then within 2 hour pick up made

I would like to request You Kindly do not send shipment through Blue Dart in future especially if you are sending to Goa, You have send the shipment through Blue Dart, I called those people customer care they kept telling me its reaching just any moment and at 7 pm they updated that they were unable to locate my address as no landmark mentioned, they say they were unable to locate around 3:30 pm, which is a lie as I have clearly mentioned my address landmark mobile number and also the main road and my house is on main road, I have not received my parcel yet 😞

i too have similar experience from blue dart service.

my shipment is a location hardly 1 km away from me since 2 days and after waiting it to be delivered today as it said left for delivery and after so much of wait tried calling the center with no responce to both the phone numbers. tried call center which had rediculasly replied me that due to rush and holidays it will be delivered to me on monday.

Till date. BLUEDART has never picked up the product from us.
Every time we need to drop.
The guys there says we are not getting pickup messages.

Worst is if we miss one product in manifest. They hold all our shipments.
SOME leading to refunds.

Fedex and aramex is best in pick up and updating status.bluedart takes 8 to 12 hrs to update pick up status we miss fast ship discounts...

ebay must use fedex and aramex,ebay prefers bluedart first

For us, blue dart is the best.

Everyday pickup is at sharp 4PM everytime without a minute late. Also delivery is a lot faster than aramex or fedex. Fedex is super slow, I'll say even Indian speed post is faster then fedex.

Bluedart delivers really fast and has good customer service in my place . They deliver at sharp 12 pm . Here , blue dart is the best delivering partner .
