ebay has taken me into an a/c of seller non performance
just let me know some thing how can ebay take the same thing
some buyers left me a negative feedback
i have approach to the consumer court there my case has been gone into voting for more than 7 days
it won't provide any solution
they want us to be expertize
but how can we do the same
they want 1% customer dissatisfaction not more than that
how we can provide them
on an average i sell around 500 products in a month and according to that each business have around 5% up and down ratio while watching to that ebay won't improve the same the buyer gave us neutral which we can't remove
only have option of 5 feedack revision request for 1000 feedback its totally a dissatisfied policy laid down be ebay
ebay take action on us if we fail to comply any policy but what about the buyers
when we told them to check the parcel in front of the courier person they won't check the same and later on told us that we have received an empty parcel
thats too bad how can we prove that thing
please let me know your valuable suggestion so that i can work as best after 30 days

It also happened with me, and the customer care is not going to help you, they will give you a diffrent answer every time you call.
Please try to remember if your buyer used your computer or you used your buyer computer. It happens when you and your buyer log in from same ip.
Did something like this happen to you in those two transactions?

Just see these case:
1. Buyer purchased item which was shipped next day by DTDC courier for Delhi, on 5th day buyer emailed saying no courier movement. I did not wait to confirm with DTDC and on the same day I sent out another parcel to this buyer by speedpost which was received within the time period. Still the buyer gave me negative feedback saying "seller used bad courier service".
2 Buyer purchases product and receives it 4 days time at Trivandrum. Informs me next day, product is working but something loose inside. I said send it back for replacement or take a refund. buyer says I will not send it back give my full refund or I will give neutral. I said ok the loose part is just the battery clip, get it repaired, I will bear the expense for that. Buyer was obviously telling lies and gave a Neutral feedback.
Tell me is it my fault to get such feedback.

1- Dont allow inexperienced buyers to leave negative/neutral immediately after completing transaction.
2- There should be no limit in feedback revision request.
3- Neutral should be appealable in Community court.
I have argued in endless posts for above things stating the advantages. Hope ebay reads these somewhere and sometime. Right now its no more that a letter being send in a bottle thrown in sea, expecting someone to read it.

you are absolutely right
there should be some changes has to be done in community court also
like time for buyer respond should be reduce to 3 days
and those buyer who won't respond there feedback should be automatically removed

Still we are Sorry and apologise to buyer on behalf of all online portals including eBay and still thank him for the neutral and 1* DSR he left us, without even letting us know his problem.

I wrote a mail recently to ebay. part of the mail I sent.Also I mentioned devendra's case.
"its time ebay pulls up its socks , and does some rational thinking into its statistics.
Its buyer friendly by large and not seller friendly.Needs to do some balancing.
Suggestions:
1.Work on providing percentage based ratings and not count based.Volume dealers earn me more money!!
2.Make it difficult for first time buyers to leave a negative feedback.Let negative be given if the seller has been contacted before feedback and seller could not resolve issue.Most sellers are ready to resolve problems.But its buyers who choose the nagtive feedback path.
3.A faster response by Ebay Trust and Safety division.
4.For example , we have a negative because buyer read touch as torch , filed ebay complaint and ebay put it in our favour.
He left a negative feedback. Unjust but system allowed it.Its still there.We need to plug in these loopholes.
There are lots more ... but am not sure whether this will make part of some FSpec or just go into your trash.
I just hope am lucky to make a cool trading platform better.

1. All these issues and suggestion given here in this posting have been discussed ages back and have been got to ebay notice long long back but ebay does not care. Moral: learn to live with it or find other selling avenues.
2. Off late have you all noticed the response of ebay pinks in the form is become negligible or nil. Till Mr. Indraneel was there he would respond but nowadays no pinks cares to even read the postings. So guys take the hint.

we know that ebay won't care about there customers but let me know one thing this means surely we are the puppets in the hand of ebay
1% dissatisfied customers means restriction and what when ebay won't deliever the gifts to there customers when ebay won't send the packing material to the powersellers when ebay gave full refund unless the item has been delievred
so how you can judge this thing
and thats right ebay should respond to the thread
