cant list on ebay

hi i am new on ebay i downloaded the turbo lister made 10 new items and when i go to list error comes like
;COD, buyer pays on collection, personal cheque, money order/cashier's cheque and other/see item description cannot be specified as a payment method until 20 listings. in my listing i have no where mentioned cod or buyer pickup etc and payment accepted on paisapay mode but still this error comes. and second error shows

Item condition definitions have changed.

Although condition definitions have changed, we have retained the condition value as specified in the original listing.
friends plz help me with this. so tht i can list my items, thank u so much

if its just 10 items, list them directly on the site online.

WELL ITS NO 10 BUT MANY LISTINGS. SPOKE TO EBAY TEAM THEY SAID RE-INSTALL TURBO LISTER AND THEN TRY. LETS HOPE FOR THE BEST
