bidded but not paid?

i am selling a phone on ebay.
one buyer bidded on it but not paid..
so i relisted my phone again. now other buyer again won the item and is not paying ..

tell me what should i do? how to remove thease fake bidder

why people bid ?, if they cant pay or odnt want to buy..

sell through 'Buy it Now" fixed price listing instead of auction

So far I understand that you have listed the item two times and received bids. However, no one paid for the item. Since now you already know the highest bid price your item received, you should list the same item in the "Buy It Now" format instead of Auction. Now your item will get sold only when someone pays for it.
