Wrongly click FVF Reverse

I sold 1 6600 (item number:290004635354).Now buyer is not willing to purchase.so ebay give me FVF credit.Now the prob is bymistake i Clicked on FVF reverse.Now again it is debited to my a/c.I am not able to contact ebay through Contact Us ebay module.It is not working.So please let me know what will i do now as buyer is not going to purchase.

You should contact the billings team using the help link.

But with experience i can assure you you will have a bad time geting the credit.

You should writting to billing team through the contact Us form.

Try clearing your browser cache, cookies and access the Contact Us. it should be fine.

This is the "kind" response I got from ebay cust service

I have reviewed your
account and it shows that the Final Value Fee was credited into your
account but as the reverse Final Value Fee button was pressed, these
fees were again charged back into your account. Unfortunately the fees
cannot be reversed back to your account.

Now, why would I want to use the Reverse Final Value Fee button to get charged again? Given the money was not back in my account I pressed it because I assumed that was how I'd get my money back. This sounds like an ebay scam to me to avoid refunding money.

i have this same problem. Where the hell do you write to customer care? I cant seem to find out how to email support anywhere. ALL I can get to is forms that have problems on them. NONE TO DO WITH ACCOUNT BILLING. Im getting pissed as this is exactly what what the user above says. an EBAY SCAM. I hit the button thinking it would reverse my Credit back to my account. instead charging me.

Did anyone get ther FVF back after accidentally pressing the reverse button, i did it and ebay now says that they cant give my money back as the dispute is closed. but the button was there and it seemed like i was supposed to press it. how can they do this, even after i explained it was by accident?

It's look like a link to another page giving more information, but no, is only a maner to make a "gift" to ebay!

Why they don't use web standards.
Usually a link sent to another page, and when you are about of making some found transferts of any kind, there is also a confirmation page to aboid this kind of errors.

And what is the idea? Who want, realy want, to give some founds to ebay? What they do with those refound fees? Are they for helping some ONG, or thinks like that, in that case I can, perhaps, understand, but if it's only to their cashflow, I don't understand.
