Wrongly charged 5 % Final Value Fee on sell of Graphics Card( Computer Components)

Hi !

I have been charged 5 % of FVF on sell of Graphics Card (computer components) from 16 October - 15 November  and 16 November - 15 December despite it is clearly mentioned 2% FVF for Computer Components on ebay website.

Talked to the customer care but the cust care executive told me to pay the whole amount and he will raise the issue, but can not gurantee the resolution.

This is serious lapse from e bay india accounts department in calculation of the invoices.I was not expecting such a mistake in calculation of invoices from the organisation like ebay.

Please, help
