I have been having problems with paisa pay and i have sent the documents nearly 400 times but still they havent took the hold of my account.I have sold for nearly 5000 RS. Where the worst part is i never received a penny from ebay but still inspite of this i paid the fees. Customer care representatives behaviour is the worst . They simply transfer to one department without even informing me.
I have been waiting over the call for two hours. even now while typing this message my call is on hold.
How could such a marketing giant recruit such careless customer care representatives?
Many customer care representatives for example MR.RAHUL said that i never sent the documents. funny thing is im attaching the screen shot of when im sending.
Hope i get my 5000Rs and move to AMAZON
