Why only the buyer suffer for the misconduct of the fraud buyer

I am realy surprise by the act of the Baazee seller support team,one buyer posted a negative feedback to my product,now the details is that he registered himself or herself in the samd day from Delhi and purchase one item by choosing COD basis and that very day without receiving the item posted a negative feedback,and I inform the seller support but till today the did not take any action,we the seller work very hard to make our reputation and one day a fraud buyer will purchase some item and without paying and without receiving the item,try to destroy our reputation,why everytime we the seller should suffer...Please do something Baazee
