I have paid for an item using paisapay (bank transfer), but the seller is waiting for his payment from paisapay to him, after that he will ship the item. is it correct? i think he should pay on the confirmation of payment from me to paisapay, what do you guys say?

As Long As You Think That The Seller Is Genuine And Established
Do not Worry Unnecessarily.
At Times Paisa pay Has Some Verification Formalities And The Payment remains On Hold With Them And Not With The Seller
You Can Always Contact The Seller regarding The Status And i Am Sure , Most Sellers Will Reply Satisfactorily
I Really Hope It Is A Good Overall Experience For You ... And I Also Think Sellers Should Give New Buyers , Special Attention

The seller is new and he may be thinking to send the Laptop after he receives the draft from PaisaPay that is sent weekly. He might have received the draft by 9th Feb and it will take 3-5 days for clearance by his bank. If the seller do not despatch the item by 15th then you may open Item not received dispute with the seller.

The moral of the story is buy from established seller only if you dont want to take risk. Try new sellers only when you are ready to take risk and always use paisapay as payment method in risky purchases.
