What is the Easiest Shipping method about mobile phone ?

Hi,

Last days I faced a massive problem when I wanted to ship 5 mobile phones through DTDC, Overnight and Blue dart. They all denied to ship mobile phone with out insurence. If i agree to book it with insurence then I need to pay around Rs. 600-800 extra, depend on the phone values. I dont think so that i can take a minimum prfit from it. Is there any other way?

About DTDC, they denied to book my product(mobile phone) without check the battery is seperate or not. So they broke all phone, seal and check it and then agreed to book.

And about HTC One X they did not book this phone after break the seal, reason it's a in-build battery phone and we cant seperate the battery from the device. So they denied it to ship. Still I cant shipp that product.

Please help me out about this shipping problem.

And one more thing to know, what is 'Print Manifest'? What is it use for?
