What charges are charged if a buyer payment is refunded?

Hello everyone

A buyer bought a product today. However the address mentioned is incomplete. The phone number mentioned is invalid!

I have sent an email to buyer to mention correct address and phone number. If he doesnt reply and I refund the amount through paisapay would there be any charges for the Seller or the buyer?

no charges are there
Your refunds should not be more than 4% of the total transactions per month.
