Things to check:
1. State exclusion in the Paisapay tab (You may have forgot to untick if you're a non-powership member)
2. Spend some time (hours and days) to compare your item prices with competitors and adjust them.
3. Lower the prices of some items, start the sale, and revise the price again. This helps the item move on.
4. Time to add products in different categories.
All the best.

Yes. But after few adjustments regularly.
Sometimes you have to invest for your business this way. Lower the price of items that you are going to sell long term. Let them start moving. Revise to your expected price once the first sale happens.
