Using Turbo Listing, I have completed my first item. Now, I select that item and click at Calculate

Using Turbo Listing, I have completed my first item.
1. Now, I select that item and click at Calculate Fees. Here, I get an error message as shown in screenshot 2014-12-14a
2. So, I got to Edit and open my Item page in Turbo Listing, and come to Business Policies section as shown in screenshot 2014-12-14b
3. After viewing Shipping Policy (2014-12-14c), I click on Edit link and get an error msg. as shown in screenshot (2014-12-14d)
4. I wonder, what should I do to fix the problem?
I notice that only one attachment can be uploaded in the place provided below under Attachments. I have 4 screenshots; so, I insert them here one by one sequentially 14a, b, c, d
