Recently I have been witnessing lot of unpaid cases. As Ebay charges us FV Fees on sales as well as paisapay fees isn't it the responsibility of Ebay to contact the buyers & convince them to pay & complete the transaction. In all the markets it is responsibility of the broker to make the buyer pay & complete the transaction & Ebay in our case is the broker as it facilates the sale & charges fees. I hope Ebay team takes notice of this problem & take necessary steps as it would be beneficial to both sellers as well as Ebay.

Fully agree. If the buyer doesn't pay ever after reminders, he should be banned from e-bay for life. Another option is to get some gurantee money before bidding and forfeit the deposit in case of failure to pay.
