Hi people,
I am a new user to the ebay system as a seller and after sending the item to the buyer who confirmed recieval of the same and all was ok from both buyer and seller end paisapay advsd they would remit my money on 19th april at 12 noon and it was in process. I checked my account that same day at 12 am but no money.
I call the nxt day and paisapay advsd Your PaisaPay registration is suspended

When i spoke with 3 agents and the supervisor they advs that is is due to POLICY VIOLATION...
I asked what has been violated as i am new user and need to make amends if recquired... They are very rude and tell me " WE CANNOT DISCLOSE THAT INFORMATION, YOUR ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED DUE TO POLICY VIOLATION. THE MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE BUYER AFTER A WEEK OF SUSPENSION OF ACCOUNT AND THEN YOU CAN CONTACT BUYER."
Buyer has no problems with the transaction, seller has no problems then why is EBAY HAVING A PROBLEM....."

its scaring **** our of me. recently i have started getting bit high sales and i am being scared of all this.

Not sure, why eBay cannot make investigations more transparent. But as per laws, they have to transparent, i know few people, their whole carrier is on eBay. They can't play with people like this.
I guess a little bit transparency from eBay will be much appreciated.

Dear angelina and mobile phones,

I agree with you that it is very discouraging for a new seller when their account is suspended by eBay or PayPal. However, you need to be patient in such situations and co-operate with eBay.

They may ask you some documents. You will need to send those docs to them and your account will be reinstated.

eBay gives a very high priority to security of buyers as well as seller's money and due to this, they may restrict or suspend an account till it is verified by eBay.

Your money isn't lost. If you contact the buyers, they will re-pay you back. When you are in online business, you need to trust people otherwise it won't be possible for you to do online business. It is definitely risky, but then there is no business that doesn't involve risk.

eBay has a right not to disclose the information to you as per company's act. They have a right to maintain the confidentiality of their processes and therefore they won't disclose any reason to you. You should focus on how to get your account reinstated rather than blaming eBay. Just co-operate with them and your account will be reinstated.

exactly same story happened with me on 17th april...eBay has gone too far bullying us (the sellers)... I am still waiting for my buyers to get the money - total 2 transactions and two buyers... My 9500 are blocked with these eBay retards..
I'll bring these tards to court.. I am totally with you Dominic, eBay is not needed in India with these sort of policies other platforms are much better..they should remain in US only where consumers don't take a second to sue such companies

Hi guys,
One small advice to all new sellers.
As soon as you sell your first item, ebay will call you.
So always keep the same mobile with you.
I once left it with my wife and they suspended me. That is with another ID of mine. But Navin Mistry helped me to restore that. He is a gem of eBay.

Heavens thats really really scary..I am new too.but after reading all above, i m so unsure how many more days i will be able to continue with e bay. Policies ...it is so much detailed I don't think any of us would have gone through each n every word.Mistakes do happen and penalizing is fine but SUSPENSION all together ...brrrr. Would be much better if e bay offers a list of serious offences which is easily readable.I mean some Don ts that are common mistakes.

For angelina e bay should at least tell her what was her mistake..May be others can learn from her mistake and even she will not have so much grudge

Successful sellers on eBay have gone through all the procedures that the new sellers are facing. There is nothing to panic about the verification calls etc.. The new sellers shouldn't blame eBay due to their lack of knowledge and understanding of eBay procedures. If you are in trouble, ask your senior colleagues instead of blaming eBay.

It happens some times. Even when we use the live chat, the executive will stay beating around the bush. They have several reason like so and so... but never understands the problems of the sellers.
