Although I have manually verified successfully by credit card (charged Rs 3), and registered with paisa pay aslo, still I am not able to list my items for sale. Every time I create a listing the verification screen at the last step appears again.
The eBay India Customer Support guided me to mail to which I did [date Wed, Nov 9, 2011 at 12:26 PM Subject ; Re: Unable to List Items for Selling (KMM56991110V79913L0KM)
The only response I get is

when I create a listing the following screen appears : corel000.jpg

The SMS system fails. I confirmed by identiy by No thanks, verify me
manually using Credit Card
I was also charged Rs 3 for the verfication. Then I registed with Paisa
Pay. Still I am unable to list itlems.
