USPS post not recived in India , selling give me custom id

Its now over 3 months but seller is only giving me custom id. How can i exactly track with custom id. Any help ?

The maximum time from USA to India is not exceeding 12 days unless there is a natural calamity in USA or India. My answer won't help you for your current purchase but it may help you for your future purchases. You should file a case with PayPal if the shipment is not delivered in 20 days.
