I CHATED WITH THEM AND TOLD I GOT THAT MESSEGE WHEN I TRIED TO SELL , THEY TOLD THEY WILL CALL AT THE NUMBER GIVEN IN EBAY ACCOUNT , I TOLD CALLED I AM AT THE NUMBER , but they didnt called ,telling me to send driving license or private documents

Its just a security measure. May be you shared a public pc where someone else might also have been accessing his ebay id from,

Fax the required documents ... and your account will be back to normal
