HELP: Sales Tax

Do I need to get sales tax no. if I just take orders on ebay, and someone else supplies the item & gives his invoice.

Where do I find more info reg. sales tax (Delhi)

Hi

If someone else is sending the item and invoice you don't need a sales tax number but the problem is that you are getting the payment. If you will be doing it on a regular basis then better to get a Sales Tax/VAT number and send item with your own invoice.
