Hello all,
I am from New Delhi, India and need some help from you gurus. I would like to start my store on ebay selling automotive stuff and spares which I will procure locally. So my questions are (please bear with me) :
- Do I have to register a company?
- If yes, then where can I get it done?
- What all special permits / certifications are needed to start an online business?
- What kind of legal issues can arise if I do not have a registered company and I make a store and start selling on ebay?
- How does the tax portion work.
Please understand that neither me nor anyone close to me have ever been in business or any sort. The only trade I ever remember doing was trading my potato chips for some ice-cream at school. So help me out please.
