Shipping for low cost items. How to work things out?

What options do I have when it comes to shipping low cost second hand items? The cheapest I know is India Posts Express Parcel Post, which is INR 79.

But in case of second hand items like the Keyboard I am selling, 250+79 = 329. That is the price of a new keyboard. Who will buy from me?

How do you guys work this out? Is there a cheap method to send things across? Please share your knowledge.
