Selling DTH equipment on eBay

Hello, Does anybody know the reason why we cannot sell DTH equipment on ebay.
DTH Kit is consisting of 3 main parts i) Dish, ii) LNB and iii) Satellite Receiver.
Any valid reason why we cannot sell this kit on ebay.
I have contacted eBay support and the answer I got was "eBay Policy"

Dear Raj Electronics,

I think as per eBay policies we cannot sell any subscription based product which requires verification or security deposit.

For example, we cannot sell Mobile SIM cards which always requires strict verification process and security deposits.

You did not understand my question. By DTH equipments I meant the DTH hardware parts like i) Dish, ii) LNB and iii) Satellite Receiver. These are freely available in any good hardware market across India. It is used to receive free DD DTH service. I am not referring to Tatasky or DishTV for that matter.

YOU CAN SELL DIRECT TO HOME (DD) FREE TO AIR CHANNELS RECEIVER, LNB & A OUTDOOR UNIT (SMALL DISH) WITH ALL ACCESSORIES. THERE IS NO BARS ON SELLING IT.
EVEN YOU CAN SELL TATA SKY, DISH TV OR SUN DIRECT ON EBAY BUT SHIPPING SHOULD BE WITHIN YOUR STATE AND YOU SHOULD BE AN AUTHROSIED DEALER FROM THE COMPANY.

You can ask eBay team to create a category - CATV Equiments. They will surely help you out.

They have not bothered to reply to this query, you think they will create a new category for DTH equipment.
a).In 3 places they have mentioned different fees for Selling Manager" b).In the list for approved ebay banks for paisapay they have listed a Kerala branch bank in Nasik and I have requested them to change it a year back but it is still not changed.
