Seller copying pictures & description, eBay c.c not taking actions

Dear sellers, a seller with different ebay id 'healthcare.in' & 'allindiaonline' has been copying my pictures & descriptions from my listings.

I have write a message to him to remove the those pictures owned by me. but he is irresponsibly answering that he is unaware about his listing contents and his staff only copied those listings and he said he will remove the copied contents.
But after a week time he made more than 10 listings which all been copied from my listings. I have send a complaint to ebay c.c through report item link. but ebay c.c replied a automated reply mail saying that the listing are not substantially similar.
Since there is no action from ebay, now he start listing the copied items in one more id. He has listed more than 6000 listings in which my copied listings are about 20. I dont know he may copied most of the descriptions from other small sellers like me only. Now only i started making water marking of my pictures, but my old images with out watermarking are still used by this seller.

All sellers . please beware with this seller, he may be also copied your listings also. we should be careful with this kind of few fraud sellers, when making listings, other wise your all hard work should be wasted, they simply theft your pictures and they start selling. eBay don't care about this kind of people, because they are earning fees anyway.

Dear Sellers,

I want to know what is our loss if anyone copy our listings. On eBay selling a product is depends on Luck not depends on listing. Because many buyers not reads full description & etc...Also eBay also not charge anything for images Or description they why you are getting worried about it. Forgot it & continue selling because nothing will be changed. Copy paste is a regular thing become now....So don't worry & be happy and continue selling....

just visit company web site then blame each other who copied & other seller who comment below can i give the detail where they copied the listing & how much

@berrynxt4u, thanks for your advice, recently i started watermarking my pictures, hopefully it will stop the problems in future.

@rhtdm.6624, yes, there is nothing to loose , if the seller copied the pictures. But it is hard to see some one is using your creatives against you. Please assume how much time will wasted if you want to take a good looking picture and then edit it on a software. More on that you should have the item in stock with us to take the real picture.

For You one suggestion My End If you Decrease Your Profit More thne 10 % then your sale will go up but take image your own product only do not copy other seller
Don't follow just copy image & description Put the product lower then other seller & do business take some hard work take image make description then list the item OK Fine

@healthcare.in, i am not hurting you or i am not here to fighting with you. I am here to do some business, because we are 99% depends on eBay to sell our products.
I have given enough time by requesting through messaages , but there is no response from your end, that is why, i am under completion to write it on community board.
You can always use manufacturers photos and descriptions available in the internet. Then why are you using my photos in your listings. Just go to google & search for images you will get thousands of pictures. you can use them, if the owner of the picture , not objecting you.
My humble request to you, please remove the pictures , which is owned by me from your listings, as i mentioned below. I dont mind , if you use pictures taken from the manufacturer website or some where else.
Please understand the issue clearly and do cooperate with other ebay sellers.

You are right. But now a days everyone like to do work using shortcut. I agree we waste lots of time for pics. But ....anyway...don't think so much be happy...
