Hello, Fellow sellers i have been selling on ebay from few months and i have sold good amount of tablets/Mobile phones GPS Navigators etc. I was all happy and doing hard work to keep our customers satisfy and to receive good feedback. There were 2 negative feedbacks , i have contacted buyer and found it was misunderstanding after talking to them they revised the feedback. All the cases were also resolved and fixed buyers were happy. I have fixed everything before the 20th October( Evaluation date) but after doing all this ebay kept my Performance-> Below Standard. I am qualified for Powerseller and i have contacted ebay several times on phone , live chat and email. They have been telling me that they are checking the issue. Now i am unable to understand why they are not fixing this simple issue or is it glitch? I do not understand why they are taking so much time. Can anyone provide any guidelines or tell me what should i do?
