First of all I want to point out some flaws in the ebay system for new sellers like me. I am selling a laptop. When I list the item for open bidding and yes by restricting users to the max., even then fake buyers purchase the product and block it for the next 7 days. While ebay is happily prompting me to cough up the fees, even though the deal is not valid.
Also, the second chance offer. Is there a way we can let the 6th or 5th bidder to win the product instead of only the 2nd highest bidder?
Also, can I contact any one of the bidders and ask them if they are interested in really purchasing the product before I can go ahead and issue them the 2nd chance offer? If so, how to contact them? Where will I find there I.D.'s?
