Same buyer from 7 different ids bought from me

all the 7 ids have the same address and he bought same item from me.....he told all 7 ids are his ids asked me to send all 7 items in a single courier.

what should i do now?should i send or nor?im new seller on ebay and please help me in this

Hi,

No, dont send in one parcel as each transaction will be having different paisapay ID & user/buyer id & thus, as per ebay paisapay rules you cannot combine items with different paisapay ID's/different user ids in one shipment else you will not receive your payment from paisapay.

When You make One Parcel and send through courier, it will generate only one Docket Number from the Courier service, and you cannot put the same courier details on all seven transactions, your Paisapay Payment will be Held.

Try talking to buyer and inform him that according to rules of paisapay that is not possible and you will ship the items the same day, so he will receive it all together only difference will be different packages.

Sae thing happend to me once. A same buyer bought 2 things with 2 different id on the sae day. He also asked the quest about another item from his 3rd id. I asked to custoer care and they told e to ship the ite as the buyer do not have any case against him and if any issue theyn I have to keep a POD.

FOrtunately it was all right and it did not harm me but I was totally on risk.
