Just wanna check if due to certain reason of buyer Has not liked the good. What action can be taken againt the buyer? if u have returned the money & the buyer doesnt return's the goods.
Can ebay take any action against the buyer like supesion & help in reedeming the money.
DO we have any SELLER PROTECTION PLAN ?
Further to this , if buyer gets suspended, is ebay monitoring the buyer, as it is doing the sellers?
I THINK WE SHOULD HAVE a Seller PROTECTION PROGRAME as well.. Beacuse to ebay as an platform both buyer & seller are equally important. the Program should look into seller's point
1: Unjustified rating
2: Protection against fraudlent buyer, with charge back after product is depsatched
3: Seller + Ebay platform to incoprate ideas to enahcnes sales; Which i believe all seller will firmly agree is decling
4: SELLERS VOICE IN MORE POINT...
