What should i do one of the seller on ebay

he is copying my pictures and description text....

HE IS COPYING MY PICTURES FREELY, WOW ALMOST 10 TO 15 PICTURE HE IS USING IS MINE....

PLEASE EBAY... ITS CLEARLY SHOWING MY EBAY ID ON PICTURES...

i am also facing same issue with other seller. please try to contact with the seller and ask him to remove the pictures.
If he does not respond, You can send complaint to eBay through 'report item' link or mail to inrswebhelp@ebay.com.
But they may not resolve this issue.
Keep posting your item# & copied item # along with your original pictures.
Use Picasa or some photo editing software for watermarking your pictures, that is the only solution.

You both have ebay for some time now. Keep one thing in mind that even if your write 1000 emails to ebay TnS nothing will happen because you do not have any right over the images in question. You have downloaded it from the net and that's free property, anyone can use it from there. Ebay will only take some action where there is breach of IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) which is not in your case. So please stop wasting your own valuable time and effort and concentrate on your sales.
