Response to Question about Item - Message information required improvement

Dear eBay,

When we reply to a message to buyer or just a answer to a eBay memeber, we have an option to get a copy of the mail. This is great facility when when you go and see all the replies. Unfortunately there is no way we can find to whom the message is being sent It is just a blind message from eBay saying this message is gone from me. If you include the eBay user id of the customer would be great. From my email if i search the particular customer name i cannot find this reply sent.

The proposed header will be meaningful and easy to search from emails. So when we seach tanyag in our emails, it will show every followup to the customer tanyag.

he is a simple workaround.

You COULD - when replying - format the email like you would write a letter.

i.e. - if I would reply to an email from you, I would write my email like:

Hi coolbrasco, no, sorry, that item does not fit, thanks, mastersniper1

Would that NOT take care of (what seems to be) your question?

It is fairly simple job if eBay include the userid in the header of the message.

Hello ? Anyone from eBay reading our posts ?. Can you please reply for my suggestions ?. It will be definitely helpful to everyone.

Their user id is always included within the message.
Everyone has the option to hide their email address.

It is the email sender's choice to click whether they want their email to appear in seller's email.
