We use Bluedart & Aramex couriers for dispatching packages. Recently we have noticed that Aramex is taking longer than usual to deliver packages. Even for packages from New Delhi to Mumbai they are taking more than 3 days. Aramex informed us that there is a problem with the airlines & they are rejecting courier company loads more frequently now than before.
On the other hand not much issue with bluedart, probably because they use their own aircrafts.
Anyone else facing similar issues with Aramex or maybe DTDC ?
Wondering if switching to DTDC would be a nice choice ? I dropped their service 2 years back because of poor service & theft.
Does anyone ship through Registered Post. How much slower is it compared to Speedpost ?
Wish eBay would negotiate with bigger couriers like Bluedart / TNT so that we can get good rates & ship everything through them. 🙂
