Received negative feedback

I received a negative feedback for very stupid reason as i mentioned the title wrong but there was nothing wrong in the description.

What can i do now. I contacted the support team but they are not able or you can say not ready to help me as they are bounded by rules of ebay.

I even mailed and contacted the buyer but he is not responding to it at all.

Please help.

You are registered in US and your buyer is also from US then why do you write in ebay India forums, how will it help you ?????????.
