I want to sell imported Samsung mobiles.It will carry seller warranty (Only Software) .My question is that after sell can buyer claim for refund if there is a hardware problem in phone?
yes buyer has authority to refund money, ebay would take care for 1 month for refund process, after one month buyer can demand u money if the hardware is problem, depend on how much time u provided warranty.
