Power Seller Phone Support

Hello

For the last 5 days I am trying to get the Power Seller telephone support no.
Today I have even done live chat, to my horror the representative told me they don't have any PowerSeller phone support. Then why eBay send emails to PowerSellers indicating they will get phone support & all.
Plus I don't have an account manager.
