Dear friends As you know we all are on ebay to sell and buy and have good selling and buying experince on site.There is a tool for sellers to defend their negative feedbacks which are unjustified. Ebay is very important for serious sellers and often we get negative feedbacks from new buyers and due to lack or communication or misunderstanding. And all the problems can be always sorted out. But ebay trust and safety team workd with bots and not humans. We are blessed with this tool only on ebay india site.
So i would request all sellers and buyers to use community court and vote for cases. If we do everyday 5 cases there will be result for the same. We had 4 genuine cases where buyers also wanted to get feedbacks removed but no sellers or buyers voted for cases and it did not reach to final decision so the feedback remained same.
