How can I register with power shipping? any e-mail id for power shipping registration ?

same problem here

after clicking register  for powership page goes blank, nothing happens

To register with powership, all you have to do is to send a mail to  inlogistics@ebay.com  saying that you want to signup for powership. 

Soon you will get a mail from them asking for pick-up address, average size of shipments and they will dispatch your ebay packing materials.  And your powership services will start in 4 days.
