1. PayPal is good for International buyers and PaisaPay is good for both National and International buyers.
2. The transaction is instant through PayPal
The transaction remain pending for 1-2 days in some cases through PaisaPay
3. You will have to pay the service charge ($5 for PayPal cheque or $8 for Xoom cheque) for receiving your funds from PayPal account.
You will not have to pay any service charge for receiving your funds from PaisaPay account.
4. In PayPal you can withdraw funds anytime but minimum $150
In PaisaPay draft is sent weekly, no minimum requirement.

Can you tell all ebay community that once after check issuance how much time it takes to deliver the check at any city location in India. My brothers experience is not very good. It has almost 10gone and still he has not received his hard earned money. He requested a check from paypal. The amount is quite large. but no news that through which mode check has been dispatched. they just show in main notification that your check has been issued and it will take 4-6 days to process the check but this time does not include the delivery time.
paypal is not very good in customer relation. there is no any phone or mail contact with these people.
please provide any info anyone know on this issue.
you can lot of deligent Indian sellers here by posting your valuable ideas.
we incourage all indian sellers with ebay to write and share your experiences regarding payment issues.
thanks

If you don't receive a PayPal cheque within 25 days, you can ask for a stop payment (after 45 days of issue). $15 will be deducted as processing fee; rest of the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account.
To contact PayPal Customer Care, login to your PayPal account, click on the 'Help' link at the top. On the next page that appears, click on the 'Contact Us' link at the lower left side. On the page that appears next, click on the 'Contact PayPal Customer Service' link and choose your topic.

It normally takes 2-3 weeks to receive the PayPal Cheque. They send it by normal mail, this is the main drawback of PayPal for Indian sellers. Why don't you try Xoom to withdraw the amount? It is too fast and hassle free. Log on to www.xoom.com and register and then send the money from your PayPal account to yourself.

Xoom certainly allows us to withdraw the funds and get it delivered at your doorstep. I have been withdrawing my Paypal funds through Xoom since almost 2 yrs now. Its fast, secure and an easy way to withdraw your funds.

specially Jaipur_fashions, skygiftwoldwide and bestofkashmir your valuable suggestions are highly appreciable as they gives a great consultative help to less experienced ebayers on ebay.in.
Your suggestion to use Xoom.com to withdraw funds from paypal account is also very good. I have browsed this webiste and studied it extensively.
but so far has not used it.
Up here NImishan has asked a question that Xoom dont allow India based its members to remit the money in India.? Is it true. ?
I will request here on this thread to Jaipur_fahions ,skygiftworldwide and bestofkashmir to give more insight knowledge on how to withdraw funds from Paypal using Xoom.com
Is it ok to register with xoom.com with your paypal payment ID.? Or we should creat a new id ?
which is the best mode of fund receiving through xoom I mean bank transfer or instant money transfer?
And please do mention is there any important step to be taken while registering and withdrawing funds from paypal through xoom.com
These interactive threads educats a lot to less experienced and novice ebayers.
thanks you all.
Nadeem.
