Hi,
I have got one mail from paypal under the above mentioned subject, which say that an unauthorized account activity claim was recently filed against one of my ebay transaction more than 2 mnths ago, in which I recd the payment from a buyer with confirmed address for an ebay item purchased .
I shipped the item via regd air mail.
After some time I found buyer is no more regd ebay user.
yesterday when I got the mail from paypal regarding unauthorised claim, I opened my paypal account I went to claim details and found the msg, "The funds that were placed on temporary hold are now available for use"
But in the mail I am asked to provide all details regarding the transaction within 7 days.
I am not able to understand whats the problem .
Pls guide me experienced ebay community members.
