Paisapay remittance hold

Hello guys,
Please help me with my problem. I sold a mobile phone on ebay.co.in. Since the buyer was based in Chennai, I delivered the phone in person to him. He also confirmed that the receipt of the item on Paisapay on his tab in front of me. This happened two days ago. Today , I got a call from ebay stating that they need a physical receipt to release the funds held in Paisapay. I have told them that the item was hand delivered and have asked them to contact the buyer to confirm. They are refusing to accept this and have frozen my account. What are my options here? The buyer has agreed to confirm the receipt of the item. But ebay are refusing to call him and confirm. Do i have any grounds to file a case against ebay? The item is very high value. Please help me with this matter.

Get a signed hardcopy receipt from the buyer saying that he has received the item, along with seller id, buyer id and paisapay id, item title and item id and also mention the date of receipt of item by the buyer, send a scanned copy of the same to ebay and also if possible send a hardcopy by post too.

The rules in the matter are very clear, why do you people by-pass them and then cry I don't understand.

Paisapay remittance hold

I just been scammed by ebay. Paisapay customer support called me yesterday regarding this problem. They verified the details with the buyer. They told me that my account will be reinstated and the money will be deposited in my account today. When i checked my account today, I did not see any record of the transaction. I called customer support and they have informed me that the money was refunded back to the seller. I told them of my telephonic conversation with Paisapay. They told me that they have no record of anyone calling me from ebay. This despite me recording the call from the Paisapay. Do i have legal grounds to sue them? I have a clear recording of the conversation with Paisapay customer support. This is a clear violation of the law.
