Paisapay asking to refund the buyer within moments after the order's placed

Hi,
Some thing weird happened today. A buyer made the payment for an item, A Nokia N79 Mobile, Within Few hours, i received following email from incs
Hello,

This is with regards to the transaction made by one of your buyer on "sahil_a" for order amount of Rs. 13,249.00/- for which the payment was made through PaisaPay ID: 26612673327.

Please do not ship the item and do not enter any shipping details in your "My PaisaPay account". If you have already dispatch the item then call back to your courier team to stop the item for delivery.

You may initiate refund from your end by following below mentioned
steps:

-Login to your Account

- Go to My eBay

- Click on the Account tab

- Go to My PaisaPay

- Click on Sold with PaisaPay

- Then click on "Not Shipped" tab"

- Select the item which you want to refund and click on Refund items

Please reply back confirming the acknowledgement of this mail and confirming the refund for this item.

Yes, I think that person must have paid through the credit card and must have charge backed i.e asked hi scredit card company for the refund of thast amount and a refusal to ebay or his credit card company may have refused payment.

This is a case of chargeback.If you ship,you wont get money.Lucky you got information early.TNS job.

keep all the mail in hard copy i had also face same issue after 1 month i got a letter from police station luckily i had good contact so there was not much prob, they just took my statement that its.
basically my case was a fraud buyer used some one else net banking info

hey guys! thanks for the response. for the time being i have refunded the payment and have asked the buyer to use other payment method if he wants to buy the item. buy genuine mobiles at unbeatable price.

Sorry I did not see this post early. Did you speak to ebay CC or Paisapay about this mail, if yes, what was the reply. I request you to please post the screenshot of the actual email received by you. I am sure you must have received this email at your personal email address and not in the ebay message box, am I right??.

I don't know why is ebay playing these games, why don't they send all mails to ebay message box also. They do not send Comm court messages to ebay mail box also.

In the year 2010 in India in Maharashtra at Nasik just 200kms from Mumbai we are having a 7 hr power cut during the day, can you believe it. What a waste of manpower, what a waste of productivity.

I sent an email to incs immidiately, but no response. contacted buyer he said the card is in his name only. he is from delhi and said he also got a call from eBay and they said that since this is his first purchase on eBay, so they wont allow him to shop for more than 10 K and hence will refund.
Weird, I know. either buyer or ebay or both has lost their wits.I didn't call customer service, i know i will be wasted if i do. lol. buy genuine mobiles at unbeatable price.

@ Raj Again, similar problem is here in Amritsar, for 12 hours we do not have power supply. their is a 2 hour cut after every 2 hours of supply.
