Hi,
Some thing weird happened today. A buyer made the payment for an item, A Nokia N79 Mobile, Within Few hours, i received following email from incs
Hello,

This is with regards to the transaction made by one of your buyer on "sahil_a" for order amount of Rs. 13,249.00/- for which the payment was made through PaisaPay ID: 26612673327.

Please do not ship the item and do not enter any shipping details in your "My PaisaPay account". If you have already dispatch the item then call back to your courier team to stop the item for delivery.

You may initiate refund from your end by following below mentioned
steps:

-Login to your Account

- Go to My eBay

- Click on the Account tab

- Go to My PaisaPay

- Click on Sold with PaisaPay

- Then click on "Not Shipped" tab"

- Select the item which you want to refund and click on Refund items

Please reply back confirming the acknowledgement of this mail and confirming the refund for this item.

@ reliable,
thank for the caution buddy. but i guess since i have issued a refund their shouldn't be a problem.
even if there is, it usually is for the processor. in this case, Paispay is the processor.
Secondly they gonna track down IP address of the person who used the card.

If they still harass me, then i guess no use to be an eBay seller and feel proud and if we can't save our A** from such morons. buy genuine mobiles at unbeatable price.

Mee too also faced such issues earlier. Better thing is do not ship product in such cases. Sometimes some buyer misuses cards that time such action taken.

Hi mobile-phones-etc

I have experienced similar issues 3-4 times. Please trust PaisaPay team.

At very rare times there will be charge back case or payment doesn't gets realized or might be a technical issue.

If its a charge back or fraud case, then the buyer gets suspended and request you to refund if the product is not delivered.

I normally gets a phone call as well as email from eBay / PaisaPay team if these issues occur. ---------------

Same problem coming to me!! I do not understand that why I stop shipping!!!!!!

confirming the refund for this item.

the new buyers as soon as they register , they straight away purchasing the item and hence getting these messages.
ebay calls the buyer on the phone first.
