PaisaPay Outbound Payment Suspended 2 times in 15 days

I am sick and tired of Paisa Pay.

Firstly they suspended my outbound payment for 16th june... which they released on 10th July. (i provided the POD's within 48hours)

Now on 25th JUly i again get a message that my PaisaPay Outbound Payment is Suspended.

I just don't have the strength to follow up woth live chat and email for 15 days .. just for doing simple business on the site ....

I am no crorepati to get my payments hanging like that for 15days.

Hello techniwas,

I totally empathise with your situation. I know ebay through their various depts. such as PaisaPay and TnS act very arbitarirly and make lives of sellers a living hell.

I have also been campaigning for verification of sellers at begining of their selling lives rather than harass them in the middle when their sales are at a peak with such restrictions such as "Outbound Suspension", "listing restriction", "section 9", "review of business practices", etc.

However why do I get the feel that you are a previously suspended user using a new id to sell? Your listings and business style is very simillar to a seller who was once awarded the Community Champion award by ebay and later suspended 😉

Is this the reason why you are getting such special treatment?

Sir you may purchase any product worth less than 500 from me and complete your verification. I wont file a UPI

Getting back to the issue, i faxed the POD's again day before yesterday and no reply form Paisa Pay yet.

Payment still stuck. After all documents being provided.

Now they want each and every buyer to individually confirm.

What if they dont send the confirmation? All payment still remains stuck.

Thx for the info Ritu,

My payment has been released after a full month. Forgetting what happened at the moment. I appreciate the Paisa Pay phone support which is a great tool.

Will have a detailed post on how PaisaPay works soon.
